Then I know I need to drink 4 of these to get in my 8 glasses for the day.Try to eat more veggies fruits and high fiber foods.Honestly 79 pounds does not sound heavy for a 14 year old to me. Hai Biggart: Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that make! s any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!
