Long Woltjer: Video game tester jobs are *generally* found out on the west coast which is where the software developers are. Video game testing is the entry-level position for the video game industry. Sook Hershkowitz: There are several ways to make money playing new video games. Game companies are willing to send you their video games, game consoles and products for you to play. Then you record your thoughts and they will pay you for your review. The hardest part is gathering a list of the companies that will pay you.
