Mitchel Demry: Depends what country you are in but in Australia most don't. This is usually where the "mobile/plug-in broadband" becomes quite popular. My partner and I have wireless internet on a 24month contract but at the moment it is divided by 7 people so that is very convenient for us. I think some high-rises offer internet access but at a big cost (my friends were paying AUD$150/month!)Cheers and good luck!:)...Show more
